finally 1000 skipping!
just finished my 1000 skipping, its 4 set of 250 consisting of 50 normal skipping,50 left-right,50 right,50 left, and 50 2-count skip. you must be thinking crazy! do so much for what, and the reason is... I AM FREAKING FAT already. all my hard work training my body go down the toilet liao. so now initiating plan "GET MY FREAKING BODY BACK"below is to help advertise for garry's signature competition. support the website!!!
