like my title, my weight from 60kg go back to 56 again. hahas...2 weeks slim 4kg. lol, not bad eh??? u guys must be thinking, wth! how did i do that??? actually its quite easy though. shall i share? alright then, here goes... 2 weeks ago, i caught a flu, so appetite not that good. after my flu gotten better, basketball everyday straight! even forget to eat dinner. lol... then bath and sleep.for 2 days like that. then after that, my appetite came back as my flu was gone.AND I FOUND OUT THAT, THE ENERGY LOST FROM EXERCISING IS MORE THAN THE ONE I GAINED DURINGEATING.and today morning 6 o clock i went for jogging, jogged about 4km? nvr really count but we did ran the 3.2km route plus we started off at yishun block 755.then went home to sleep after having a slight breakfast and bath. then woke up at 1, went to yishun interchange and had my lunch which is onli 3 chicken takoyaki ball and a cup of bubbletea. then i went for ex-school training.till 6+. so bascially, i exercise lots and lots! so i slimmed down. i think its better than taking slimming pills? hahas... :X(doesnt mean to ruin your business).
ok, enough of the slimming down part, tml morning 9 go and play ball with black and yy+ his friends.after that going out to watch the semi-pro with friends and after that play ball again? iguess...lol. i know u guess will think, ball, ball, ball~1 EVERYDAY BALL WANT DIE OF OVER PLAYING IS IT?lol...hahas just crapping
